FAQ

I just made an order, what happens now?

When you make an order with us, you will receive an email order confirmation. We will start dealing with your order and will ship it out from our premises usually within 2 or 3 days. If you check the status of your order and it says processing, then we are in the process of preparing the goods for despatch, don't worry we are on with it!

 

If for any reason we do not have or can not get hold of what you have ordered we will let you know as soon as we have explored all options, and will give you idea of a lead time if it is totally unobtainable. Likewise some items are special order as they are made to order, we will let you know a time-scale as soon as we can and confirm this with you prior to us ordering it as special order items are no-returnable or refundable once we have agreed the order with you.

When we ship it out you will receive an email to let you know your order is on its way. Our delivery company will then deliver the order to your chosen shipping address.

 

What is your delivery time?

Standard delivery time is 2-8 working days. Please allow up to 10 days. For some products there is an extended delivery time, this is always shown on the item description page.

 

How much does delivery cost? 

Delivery costs are free to mainland UK addressed, on some larger items there is a surcharge, this will be displayed as not being eligible for free delivery, and these items are generally not available for international shipping. For some items there is a surcharge to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and some IV,AB, KW PH, ZE and PA postcodes. We will contact you to discuss this if this is the case, or feel free to give us a call to discuss prior to ordering. There is no minimum spend and no code required.

 

What delivery method do you use?

We use APC and ParcelForce or Royal Mail for most of our UK Deliveries and various carriers for International deliveries.

 

I have bought an item and it does not fit me can I return it?

Yes, of course you can as per the distance selling regulations, and the conditions in our returns policy on our website. PLEASE NOTE: This does not include riding hats or body protectors.  A body protector or riding hat is an important piece of safety equipment. Because of this, we expect you to have already been fitted by a qualified fitter and to know your size. For this reason, all body protectors and safety/riding hats on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

How do a return an order for refund or exchange?

Simply log in to your account, or create an account if you haven't got one, follow the link to view your completed orders and make a request for return or exchange. If the item is in its original, as-sold condition complete with packaging in tact, and this request is made with 14 days of receipt, it will be authorized by our returns team. Once you receive the authorization notification, please return back to us at the address provided to you. Please do NOT stick tape or labels to the original packaging.

Make sure to include the returns slip or a copy of the invoice. Unidentifiable returns cannot be processed.

Remember all returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you keep your tracking details. Please note we are unable to cover the cost of return postage.

 

What is happening with my return?

When you return your order to us it usually takes 4 -10 days until we have fully processed it. Please contact our customer support if you have any questions about your return.
 
 

If I return items back you, how to you refund the money back to me?

Your money will be refunded via the same method you paid with.
