UK STANDARD: Shipping to all Mainland UK addresses is free with the exception of some large, heavy or bulky items. These items will notify you at checkout.
Some Postcodes are also subject to a surcharge due to extra shipping costs, these are generally Postcodes IV, AB, PE, IM, KA or BT, but there may also be others, and if this is the case we will contact you and inform you of the surcharge which will be charged at cost prior to shipping.
You will usually receive your order within 2-7 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days. All deliveries are made via Parcel Force, Royal Mail or overnight tracked carrier.
UK NON-MAINLAND: (including the Scottish Highlands) addresses may incur an additional fee, though we try to avoid this wherever possible. In this event you will be notified via email within 2 working days. Please contact us if you wish to clarify this before making your order.
WORLDWIDE: Shipping to all addresses outside of the UK is charged by weight via various carriers. This will be calculated at the checkout. Delivery times will vary upon service and location. Please select your preferred method at the checkout for estimated delivery dates.
If you need to return or exchange an item, simply log in or create an account to view your completed orders and make a returns request. You must make your request within 14 days of receipt. There is a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
Please Note: Unfortunately we cannot exchange products for a different item. If you have ordered the wrong item or size and wish to exchange for a different size or colour, then please follow the standard returns process for requesting a refund and then place a new order on the website. If in these cases you simply wish for a refund the process is the same and we will refund your original cost in full. The cost of return of the item to us in all these cases will be borne by the purchaser.
The goods should be returned with the invoice/despatch note or a copy, in their original condition.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage, so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or return them Tracked.
Any claims for lost goods will not be accepted if proof of postage has not been obtained.
We will process your refund using the same method you used to pay for them.
We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us. If you wish to exchange the boots for another size, please place another order, once we have refunded you.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. This means:
You can open the packaging to look at and try on the goods.
Boots mustn't be worn outside, and no scuffing should appear on the sole.
Rugs should be tried with a cover underneath them so that returned goods do not have any hair on them, if hairs are found then only credit will be given.
Tags should not be removed.
The original packaging should be retained.
******PLEASE DO NOT send goods back with any address label or any sort of sticker (Post Office, Royal Mail or Carrier) on the box or packet of the goods. Please wrap them in paper or plastic and attach any labels to that so that the box is not damaged in any way******
If you don't take reasonable care before returning goods to us you may have to compensate us.
If returns are received without prior approval via the online request, or beyond the total 28 day returns period, store credit may be issued. Returned items must arrive back with us in their original condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. Return goods MUST NOT have address labels, writing or postage labels attached to the original packaging.
Any items returned not in their original condition can unfortunately not be accepted. Once you return the goods you are responsible for them until accepted by us.
Please note that riding safety hats and helmets and body protectors are an important piece of safety equipment. Because of this, we expect you to have already been fitted by a qualified fitter and to know your size. For this reason, all safety hats, helmets and body protectors on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items from our Clearance Sale will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please refer to the item descriptions for details. They are sold at a discount price and will be in perfect condition but sold as seconds on despatch unless stated within the item description. (Packaging may be damaged).
If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, then please follow the standard returns process to get the item back to us. We will be happy to send out a replacement product and cover the cost of return postage.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Changing or cancelling an order
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to arrange this for you. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange cancellations or changes to your order beyond 24hrs of the order being placed.
If an order is cancelled over 24 hours of the order being placed, it may be that the item has already been shipped. If this is the case and you wish to return the goods this will be at the purchasers cost.
If you would like to order additional items and the order has not been dispatched, we will happily take payment of the extra items and send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched we cannot add anymore items and you will be required to place an additional order.
